Close down the schools

I usually find something interesting on Pat Kane’s Play Ethic, but was slightly startled to find an echo of my last post this morning. He writes:
“…Close down the schools (and open up the city)”
As I’ve said before, and no doubt will say again, busy, busy, busy.
